The Biocultural Diversity Working (BcD) group (www.wiserearth.org/group/biocultural_diversity) is a place where professionals and community members involved in biocultural diversity work can share experiences, ideas, documents and multimedia resources.

The BcD Working Group was created by the the International Society of Ethnobiology (www.ethnobiology.net) and the Global Diversity Foundation (www.globaldiversity.org.uk), with support from The Christensen Fund (www.christensenfund.org).

The BcD Working group is hosted by WiserEarth (www.wiserearth.org), a free international community directory and networking forum for organizations and individuals addressing the central issues of our day. This group is part of a larger BcD portal on WiserEarth (http://www.wiserearth.org/aof/811) which links almost 1000 people and 160 organizations around this central theme. Connected to this portal are 85 groups, over 50 resources, 117 events, and 25 job postings.
